Bulking VS Cutting
What is Bulking ?
Those who are skinny and want some transformation in their body they have two option
bulk or cut. Bulk means you increasing size of your body i mean increasing fat in your body with the overloading of carbs. you are taking too much carbs and its store in fat in your body. In this case you can't put more muscle mass in your body. according to your goal which type of body you want as you decide to bulk or cut.
What is Cutting?
Those who are skinny and want some transformation the second option in never go for a bulk only focus on muscle mass. they do not want size they want only muscle mass. In this case you need to take more amount of protein and less amount of carbs . its a very hard process because its a very difficult to put lean muscle mass in your body. its a long term process and too much patience needed need 100% focus on everything like sleep, diet and training. In this case yearly you can gain maximum 10 to 12 kg weight but its your muscle weight and you look muscular
Special Case - Those who want both more size and more muscle mass they have two option first they build up their size in bulking phase and after go for cutting and second in do cutting in starting never go for a bulk . the first option is better for my suggestion. its depend on your goal what type of physique do you want
