Health in your Kitchen



1) Early in the morning - 
    one glass of water with one lemon + honey + Ginger

2) Breakfast -
    2 egg white and 2 whole eggs with brown bread , make any recipe with eggs like omelet , fruits

3) Lunch -
    Roti , Sabji , Sprouts or any lentils , curd , salad , dal , rice
4) snacks -
    peanut butter brown bread ,dryfruits like almond , cashew nut
5) Dinner -
    paneer , roti , Sabji , salad
6) Before sleep - 
    Milk + Honey + Turmeric

Do exercise  daily for 45 min like cycling , running , gym etc
After exercise stretching is necessary

Egg Yolk are good source of healthy fat its also contain cholesterol. its price is very cheap
